Please come 
to the spa at least 15 minutes before your treatment.
Secure lockers under your responsibility.
Bathrobes and slippers available for the duration of your treatment at the Spa Marie de Bourgogne. 

Access
prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an adult.
Under the parents' full responsibility in the H2O area.

Treatments
Appointment possible to choose the treatments most adapted to your needs and according to possible contraindications.
Appointment and written agreement necessary for certain high-technology treatments.

Proper dress code for the comfort of all guests
Use of cell phones is prohibited
Discretion required (when using the spa and conversing)

Cancellation or late arrival
Less than 12 hours before, the full cost will be billed. 
In case of late arrival, the treatment cannot be extended past initial reservation time.
