SPA TREATMENTS & MASSAGES
The spa offers a complete range : massages (deep tissue, Ayurvedic Abhyanga...), body rituals, facial treatments, body treatments, aesthetic treatments, Ayurvedic treatments and Day Spa experiences. The cosmetics used are based on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and blackcurrant buds - signature of the Vinésime brand, inspired by the Burgundian terroir.
A Day Spa in Beaune allows you to enjoy in one day a complete well-being experience : access to the Vitality Journey (sauna, hammam, sensory shower), body and facial treatments, massages and lunch as an option via the Lunchbox restaurant. AYURVEDIC CURES IN BEAUNE
Ayurveda is the traditional Indian medicine, more than 5,000 years old and recognized by the WHO. The Ayurvedic programs of the Centre Ayurvédique Marie de Bourgogne are personalized programs combining medicinal oil massages, targeted therapeutic treatments, Ayurvedic nutrition, yoga and meditation. They aim to restore the balance of the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and are available from a half-day to several weeks, under the prescriptions of our Indian Ayurvedic physician.
Ten programs are offered at the Centre Ayurvédique Marie de Bourgogne : Detox Program, Panchakarma Program (deep purification), Movement & Vitality, Weight Management, Back & Mobility, Immunity Booster, Burn-out Program, Rebalancing Program, Pre and Post Maternity, and Manager Performance. Each program begins with a personalized Ayurvedic assessment.
The Ayurvedic assessment is a personalized consultation with one of our experts. It identifies your unique constitution (Prakriti) and your current imbalances (Vikruti) through traditional analyses. On this basis, a bespoke treatment program is defined, taking into account your physical and emotional needs as well as your lifestyle.
VITALITY & TECHNOLOGY PATHWAY
The Vitality Journey combines a sensory aquatic circuit (wooden barrel sauna, eucalyptus hammam, multi-ambiance sensory shower, heated rest beds) and 18 well-being technologies : whole body cryotherapy at −170°C, aquabike, balneotherapy, pressotherapy, Bed Jouvence flotation bed, Wellsystem hydrojet, LPG Huber 360, chromotherapy, Cryo 21 and infrabike. It can be privatized for a group, a couple or a family.
Whole body cryotherapy consists of a 3-minute immersion at −170°C. It stimulates the metabolism, relieves muscle tensions, accelerates physical recovery and provides an immediate energy boost. It is one of the flagship technologies of the Vitality Journey at the Beaune spa, rarely accessible outside high-level medical and sports centers.
The sauna is a natural wooden barrel, with Scandinavian allures, located outdoors. It offers a dry heat ideal for strengthening immunity and releasing tensions. The hammam, decorated with blue mosaics under a starry sky, provides a humid heat scented with eucalyptus. These two spaces alternate with the multi-ambiance sensory shower within the H2O Space of the Beaune spa.
YOGA, CONSULTATIONS & HOLISTIC WELLNESS
Yes, the Centre Ayurvédique Marie de Bourgogne offers yoga classes in Beaune, in a dedicated room or outdoors. Various practices are available : Integral Yoga (Sivananda tradition), Pranamaya Yoga (breathing and vital energy). The classes are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners, and can be integrated into the Ayurvedic programs.
The Holistic Center offers three personalized consultations : the Ayurvedic Assessment (constitution, imbalances, treatment program), the Emotional & Well-being Assessment (psycho-emotional support), and the Vedic Astrology consultation.
